Brandon Schneider is the associate director of an art gallery in SoHo, New York. He first learned to cook as a kitchen apprentice at Green Gulch Farm, which has a partnership with Greens Restaurant in San Francisco. Since then, he has worked at Gastronomique in New Haven and at Nicole's Gourmet Foods, a wine and cheese shop in Pasadena, California. In his free time, he dreams of taking photographs, sketching buildings, learning Japanese, and reading art theory, but he usually has two stiff cocktails, watches a DVD, and goes to bed.
